Bio

Sarah Catherine Copper is from Tennessee and graduated from Auburn University with a degree in food science. She received her J.D. locally at the University of Arkansas where she is currently working towards her LL.M. in food and agricultural law.

During her first year of law school, Sarah Catherine started clerking with the Law Group and stayed throughout law school. She also completed an externship with Tyson Foods where she was introduced to corporate law and worked on a variety of projects including pet foods and international law. After graduating, Sarah Catherine went on to work at the National Agricultural Law Center focusing her research on food safety and labeling laws. You can read some of Sarah Catherine’s work here.

Now she is excited to be back with the Law Group and pursuing her LL.M.! When Sarah Catherine is not working or studying, she loves to cook, bake and be outdoors with her husband, Stephen, and their dog Daisy Mae.
