Holly Shattuck is an attorney with the Law Group of Northwest Arkansas. Holly is from the Dallas, Texas area and graduated from the University of Arkansas, summa cum laude, with a Bachelors of Science in Environmental, Soil, and Water Science and a minor in sustainability. She received her J.D. from the University of Arkansas in 2018, graduating summa cum laude.
While in law school, Holly completed an externship with the Honorable Timothy L. Brooks, U.S. District Judge for the Western District of Arkansas and worked in the Federal Practice Clinic, representing individuals in pro bono Chapter 7 bankruptcies. She was also a member of the Arkansas Law Review and clerked with the Law Group.
Holly is licensed to practice before the state, federal, and bankruptcy courts in Arkansas. Holly’s practice is primarily focused on representing individuals in bankruptcy.
