Bio
Andrew Dungan is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on creditors’ rights and general business litigation. Licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Arkansas, he represents financial institutions, lenders, and commercial enterprises in loan enforcement, secured transactions, workouts, and a wide range of business disputes. Andrew is committed to practical, business‑oriented advocacy that efficiently and effectively advances clients’ objectives.
Andrew earned a B.A. in History from the University of Oregon and a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law. During law school, he gained hands-on experience working with the Law Group and externing at the University of Arkansas Office of General Counsel, assisting with complex litigation, employment, regulatory, and transactional projects.
Before entering private practice, Andrew worked in the banking and telecommunications industries at two Fortune 50 companies, where he developed a deep understanding of operational, compliance, and risk considerations that now inform his litigation and counseling approach.
A Tennessee native, Andrew was won over by hogs and Ozark charm. He has made Fayetteville his home, where he lives with his wife and five children.
